Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the BlockMarket marketplace (the “Service”), operated by BlockMarket, Inc. It forms part of, and is governed by, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to engage in any of the following:

• Fraud — using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods, or providing false information at checkout.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith, including for goods that were successfully delivered, instead of contacting us to resolve the issue.
• Intellectual property infringement — uploading, selling or distributing content that infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of any person.
• Unauthorised resale or redistribution — reselling, sublicensing, sharing or redistributing Digital Goods outside the licence granted in our Terms.
• Scraping and automated abuse — using bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access, copy or harvest the Service or its content without our written permission.
• Malware — uploading or distributing viruses, trojans, or any malicious code, or bundling such code with Digital Goods.
• Security breaches — attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or networks, probing for vulnerabilities, or circumventing security or authentication measures.
• Harassment and abuse — threatening, harassing, defaming or abusing other users, our staff, or any third party.
• Illegal use — using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.

2. Enforcement

We take violations of this AUP seriously. Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Issue a warning or temporarily restrict account features.
• Remove or disable access to offending content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the offending account.
• Reverse transactions, withhold downloads, or take other protective measures.
• Report unlawful activity to, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities.

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or conduct that violates this AUP, or you wish to report suspected infringement, fraud or abuse, please contact us at support@blockmarket.com with as much detail as possible. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
